'Halloween: The Game' PS5 Release Canceled in Japan Over CERO Rating—What Does This Mean?

Japanese players will not be able to play "Halloween: The Game" on PS5 when the horror game launches later this month.

The asymmetrical horror title will not receive a PlayStation release in Japan. The reason is its lack of an age rating from Japan's Computer Entertainment Rating Organization, better known as CERO.
