Haldwani Land Eviction: SC Stays Nainital High Court Order To Remove Encroachments From Rly Land; Next Hearing On 7 Feb

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today stayed the Nainital High Court order to remove the encroachments from 29 acres of railway land in Banbhoolpura area in Haldwani. The Apex Court has issued notices to Uttarakhand govt and the Railways. Next hearing is fixed on 7 February.
