The Hairy Bikers have shared an exciting update with fans ahead of the release of their newest project next week.
The TV pair are bringing out a new cookbook, Eat Well Every Day, which is filled with 80 recipes designed to help you 'control your weight and improve your health'. Si King took to Instagram to share a sweet clip of him unboxing the new books on Tuesday, telling followers: "It's a bit of a special book, this, so I hope you enjoy it."
The caption of the post read: "It's finally here everyone! Our finished copies of Eat Well Every Day are here and don't they look lovely? Filled with stuff you'd want to eat every day of the week!"

The chefs also urged fans: "Send us your pics with your copies, we're so excited for you lot to have them as well!"
Dave Myers, who has been undergoing chemotherapy as he continues his battle against cancer, also posted a clip of himself opening copies of the book last week, saying: "This isn't about counting calories, it's food that's fit for purpose - I feel healthy looking at it! I'm so proud of it."
Eat Well Every Day will be out in shops on April 27. You can currently pre-order the book via Waterstones or Amazon for half price at £9.49.
The description of the cookbook reads: "From delicious breakfasts to boost your immunity to healthy lunches that will improve your energy levels, dinners that are guaranteed to help you pack in five-a-day to the ultimate brain foods, these recipes have all been developed and selected to fulfil specific health needs.
