The Rhode Beauty founder—who is styled by Dani Michelle—was spotted in Manhattan heading to dinner with husband Justin Bieber on Feb. 7. For the occasion, Hailey wore a fitted pinstripe skirt suit with a classic heel style she doesn't ordinarily wear. The couple attended the opening of The Twenty Two New York and Café Zaffri, where they were joined by a ton of celebs, including Kendall Jenner, Alexander Skarsgård, Lila Moss, Joan Smalls, and Laura Harrier.
