Hailey Bieber has revealed she’s just trying to “be herself” as she got candid about the “exhausting” pressures of fame.
The 25-year-old model, who is married to pop star Justin Bieber, admitted it would take a lot of work to constantly “control everything” while handling fame.
Sitting down for an interview with Allure, the supermodel turned beauty entrepreneur explained she was simply trying to do her best and “accept that”.
“It would be exhausting for me to try to control everything. There’s just no way I can do that,” Bieber said about dealing with fame.
She went on: “It’s very hard to control a media narrative, so I try to just do my best to be myself and accept that.”
Bieber is stepping into the beauty market later this year when she launches a new beauty and skincare line called Rhode.
The catwalk star has undertaken dermatology courses in the last few years as she worked relentlessly on making her brand come to life.
During her interview, she admitted she had fears about becoming a beauty entrepreneur because the market was already saturated with other celebrities running similar lines.
She told the publication: “I think that as a team, we are going into it knowing that people are tired of seeing brand after brand after brand from different people and faces and celebrities.
“I definitely have had my fears, for sure, because the market is so busy and so saturated. And I’ve had to, obviously, have the confidence in myself.”
Bieber’s latest endeavour comes after a challenging month.
In March, the star revealed she was having breakfast with her husband when she started suffering from “stroke-like symptoms”.
She was immediately rushed to the hospital in Palm Springs where doctors explained she had suffered a “small blood clot” on the brain.
At the time, Bieber recalled it was one of the “scariest” moments of her life, however, she was able to make a full recovery and returned home shortly afterwards.
She wrote on social media: “Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I’ve ever been through, I’m home now and doing well, and I’m so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!”
