British television presenter Ruth Dodsworth has opened up about the financial and emotional abuse she allegedly suffered during her marriage to ex-husband Jonathan Wignall, revealing she was left “absolutely penniless” despite earning her own salary.

Speaking on the BBC podcast Ready to Talk with Emma Barnett , the ITV Wales presenter recalled how Wignall allegedly took complete control of her finances over time.
