Amid the ongoing crackdown on illegal immigration in America, numerous independent reporters have taken on the task of exposing fraud by H-1B workers. One such New Jersey-based firm exposed by Blaze TV reporter Sara Gonzales was recently fined by the Department of Justice for illegal hiring practices.
DOJ announced that it has reached a settlement with Compunnel Software Group Inc., according to which, the company signalled its intent to hire employees based on citizenship status, specifically favouring H-1B visa holders or related temporary employment-based visa holders.
