COVID-19 has swept through the GWS women's team, forcing the AFL to postpone the Giants' AFLW clash with St Kilda on Saturday.
The Saints won't play for the second weekend in a row, with their rescheduled game against West Coast on February 8 to be the next time they take to the field.
The Giants had five members of their squad unavailable for last week's home win against the Western Bulldogs, but more players and staff will now need to isolate.
"The health and wellbeing of the players and staff is the club's main priority at this time and the medical staff will work closely with them to ensure a seamless transition back to the club, training and match readiness," a Giants statement read.
"The Giants will continue to work closely with the AFL to reschedule their round five fixture, with the next game currently scheduled to be in round six against Melbourne at Casey Fields."
The cancellation of the Giants-Saints game has caused the AFL to yet again tinker with the rest of the women's fixture.
The Bulldogs' match against Richmond, originally scheduled to be played on Saturday, will now be played on Sunday to allow Nathan Burke's team a five-day break between games.
Instead, the clash between Melbourne and Gold Coast at Casey Fields has been brought forward 24 hours to Saturday.
North Melbourne's blockbuster against fellow premiership contenders Fremantle in Hobart has been pushed back four hours and will now start at 5.10pm AEDT on Sunday.
