A significant number of approximately 320,000 votes are set to be reported in Gwinnett County, Georgia, a pivotal swing state, as confirmed by the county's elections supervisor. These votes encompass both absentee and mail-in ballots, according to Zach Manifold, the elections supervisor in Gwinnett County.
Manifold stated that the votes have been uploaded to the state system for processing, and they are currently being reviewed before being made public. He mentioned that the process of recording these votes is taking longer than usual, attributing the delay to the unexpectedly slow pace of the system.
“It usually isn’t that slow. It was just literally, kind of excruciatingly slow,” Manifold remarked regarding the delay in reporting the votes.
