Guyana ferry capsizes, leaving dozens dead and scores missing

At least 27 people died after a ferry capsized off Guyana, Prime Minister Mark Phillips said Monday, as rescuers searched for 83 people still missing. Sixty-nine passengers have been rescued since the MV Barima overturned Saturday night while traveling from Georgetown to the inland Essequibo region, Phillips said.
