GURUGRAM: The department of town and country planning (DTCP) has asked the developer of Mapsko Casabella, a residential society in Sector 82, to ensure the removal of all encroachments from common areas within a month.
This comes nearly three years after Casabella residents had filed a complaint at CM window against the developer for allegedly selling to gullible buyers the society's green areas which are part of the common areas.
The developer has also been asked to install sign boards identifying those common areas (like parks) for public use and submit a compliance report within one month to the office of the senior town planner of Gurugram, officials said.
