Houston, Texas - Authorities in Texas are currently investigating a shocking incident that took place at the Lakewood Church, led by renowned televangelist Joel Osteen. A woman armed with a long rifle entered the church on Sunday afternoon and opened fire, causing panic and injuring two individuals.
The incident occurred between services, shortly after the conclusion of the morning service and just before the Spanish service was scheduled to begin. At approximately 2 p.m., a female suspect, believed to be around 30-35 years old, entered the church's property on the west side, accompanied by a young child estimated to be 4-5 years old. The woman was armed with a long rifle and was wearing a trench coat with a backpack.
