Manchester City fans have chosen the team they would pick to face Liverpool in the first match back since the international break.
While many Blues supporters are relishing the return of the Premier League, Pep Guardiola will have a couple of selection dilemmas to contend with before his team takes to the field this lunchtime. Phil Foden is definitely out of today's match after undergoing surgery to remove his appendix.
Erling Haaland meanwhile is a doubt as he continues his recovery from a groin injury that kept him out of international duty. Guardiola confirmed that Haaland would be assessed after yesterday's training session so at this stage it remains to be seen if he will be fit to start against Liverpool.

With those issues firmly in mind, MEN Sport's City fans have chosen their side to face Jurgen Klopp's men this lunchtime.
Goalkeeper - Ederson
Fresh from international duty with Brazil, Ederson is a shoe-in to start against Liverpool unless he picked up a late knock in Friday's training. Stefan Ortega remains comfortably second choice despite some grumblings from fans before the break.
Defenders - Kyle Walker, Ruben Dias, John Stones, Nathan Ake
City have not conceded a single goal in their last five matches and their defence is currently picking itself. Ake in particular has been enjoying a rich vein of form recently having impressed with the Netherlands scoring twice against Gibraltar.
Dias and Stones have formed a comfortable partnership in the centre while Walker has regained his place over youngster Rico Lewis, who remains highly thought of by Guardiola.
Midfielders - Rodri, Ilkay Gundogan, Kevin De Bruyne
The main question in midfield is whether to play Gundogan or Bernardo Silva. Both men have performed well this season but City fans have opted with their club captain for this big game.
Despite his pantomime villain antics on international duty, Rodri is still first choice over Kalvin Phillips while De Bruyne remains City's best creative outlet.
Forwards - Riyad Mahrez, Julian Alvarez, Jack Grealish
In the big decision for City this weekend, the supporters have opted not to risk Haaland and instead choose Alvarez. The Argentine recently signed a new deal in Manchester and has proven to be a handful when selected.
With Foden out, Mahrez and Grealish practically walk into the side although a rogue choice could see Cole Palmer start following his goal against Burnley last time out.
