Gulf Leaders Congratulate Saudi King on Success of Medical Tests

Gulf leaders have congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, who underwent successful medical tests at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Jeddah.

The Royal Court said Sunday that the King will stay in hospital for some time to rest on doctors' advice after undergoing a colonoscopy.

UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, have sent congratulatory messages to the Saudi King.

Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in a cable, also congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, expressed, in a similar cable, congratulations to the Saudi King.

As for the Qatari Emir, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, he also congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Emir of Qatar; and Sheikh Khalid Bin Khalifa Bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Qatar, also expressed, in two separate cables, congratulations to the Saudi King.
