Tensions Escalate Between Iran and Pakistan Following Cross-Border Strikes

Rising hostilities between Iran and Pakistan have led to a dangerous escalation in the region, with both countries launching attacks on each other's soil. Iran has now called for an immediate explanation from Pakistan after it conducted airstrikes in Iran's Sistan and Baluchistan province. Pakistan claims the strikes were aimed at eliminating militants, but Iran alleges that the majority of the casualties were women and children.
