Strong continued demand for online business solutions has seen Grimsby creative marketing agency Laser Red add 10 new members to the team.
The digital specialist has seen unprecedented levels of growth in 2022, with the uplift triggered by the impact of the pandemic continuing.
Headquartered on Grimsby’s Enterprise Village, a Lincoln office has also been re-established following an acquisition, with a 30-strong team now led by managing director Liam O’Leary. It has increased a third in the past six months, with strong rewards also.

Mr O’Leary said: “We ended 2021 strongly and wanted to hit the ground running in 2022, which we achieved with some great business wins. We saw a huge uplift in enquiries in 2022 and it quickly became clear to me and the management team that we needed to invest in the team to ensure we could sustain our forward momentum.”
The team offers marketing, web design and branding, and technical support with mobile app and ecommerce platform development. The addition of a PR and communications offering was also recently toasted.
“We’re a future-focused business with ambitious growth plans for the coming years,” Mr O’Leary said. “We pride ourselves on the high-level of service and personal-touch we deliver to our clients, so it’s important we have the best team in place to ensure their experience of
working with us never falters. We’re committed to our clients and to the region, believing that we have some of the finest talent around, and we will continue to invest in that belief.”
A cost of living pay award of £1,200 was made to all staff, with a team holiday and increased pension contributions also provided.
Addition included four new front and back-end developers, giving it the capacity to handle developments of all shapes and sizes for its growing global client-base, while a new project manager, designer, PPC marketing executive and an administrator has added “considerably” to the capability of the team.
A new accountant for the finance team completed the latest hires for the business, launched in 1995.
One example of a recent win was a contract secured with London-based leading NHS healthcare design and build specialist, Health Spaces.
