A group of youths allegedly caused chaos in the Blanchardstown area of Dublin on Monday night as a number of teenagers were seen "climbing buildings".
The incident occurred shortly before 7pm on Monday evening at Blanchardstown Library.
A witness told Dublin Live that both librarians and students were asked to leave the library following a disturbance and, once outside, some teenagers were spotted climbing buildings.
