Terrifying footage shows a group of “thick” people playing on a frozen lake days after the Solihull tragedy which killed four children.
Footage showed around ten people sliding on the water in Sefton Park - including several adults - while some were seen kicking a football about.
When they were warned to get off the ice the group started shouting obscenities as they ignored the warnings, the Liverpool Echo reported.
