A group of kids terrorised a McDonald's before targeting an ice cream van in a mindless attack.
Officers were called to Two Saints McDonald's in Ormskirk on Saturday, May 7 at around 5pm after a large group of kids were seen causing a nuisance. The group then split up and a smaller group headed for Coronation Park where two threw a brick through the rear windscreen of an ice cream van that was parked at the entrance of the park.
The group then reportedly ran in the direction of the cemetery following the vandalism, with one wearing a royal blue jumper and one in a light jumper, both wearing black trousers and have dark hair. The victim of the vandalism has not only lost out on money but is shaken by the incident.

Ormskirk and Rural West Lancs Police Facebook page posted: "Police were called to a large group of youths causing a nuisance in the Two Saints McDonald's last night (7/5/22) around 5pm. This group have split up and a smaller group have made their way to Coronation Park where two of the youths have thrown a brick through the rear windscreen of the ice cream van which was parked up at the entrance to the park at 5:30pm.
"The youths involved have reportedly ran in the direction of the cemetery following the incident, one wearing a royal blue jumper and one in a light jumper, both wearing black trousers and with dark hair.
"The victim has not only lost out on earnings, but has been left shaken by the incident, therefore we are asking the community if anyone has witnessed the incident or for anyone who knows those involved to speak to police. Investigations continue and by working as a community we can bring justice to those involved.
