Elderly residents claim they are crying themselves to sleep after being bullied and intimidated on a daily basis by other tenants in their housing estate.
They say they are too scared to even invite relatives round to visit their homes on the estate in Grimbsy, after problems began two years ago.
They claim that staff from Lincolnshire Housing Partnership are allowing the perpetrators to get off "scot-free" despite them breaching multiple clauses in their tenancy agreements.
