Grey’s Anatomy star attends fundraising event at Mar-a-Lago

Katherine Heigl attended a three-day fundraising event at Donald Trump’s Palm Beach resort Mar-a-Lago.
The event, hosted by Wine, Women & Shoes, raised $5.5 million for Big Dog Ranch Rescue, America’s largest no-kill animal shelter.
Heigl stated her support for Big Dog aligns with her family’s Jason Heigl Foundation, aiming to reduce unwanted litters and shelter overcrowding.
The actress, who last made a public appearance at the 2024 Emmys, has previously indicated she avoids discussing politics.
Other notable attendees at the fundraiser included TV dog trainer Cesar Millan and Jeanine Pirro.
