Angela Rayner had to be escorted out of this week’s meeting over the future of Grenfell Tower after telling those who escaped or lost their loved ones in the tragic fire that it would be demolished, according to reports.
Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner told a group of those impacted by the fire, which killed 72 people as flames quickly engulfed the 23-storey block in 2017, that the remains of the building will be dismantled to ground level on Wednesday night.
