A Greggs worker has lifted the lid on what it's like to work at the discount bakery chain - including the most common thing customers complain about.
From long queues to huge and complicated orders, TikTok user Ellie Thomas has seen it all at Greggs and it sounds like she's sick of working there.
She has shared her top gripes, which include customers asking her to reheat items and complaining that more staff arent' working to reduce wait times.
Her video must have resonated with other Greggs workers as soon she was inundated with comments from others offering their support.

In the clip, which she captioned "will forever love Greggs though", Ellie wrote a list of the things she found most annoying about the job.
She said: "Customers paying massive orders with literal pennies.
"Queues that go on for miles constantly."
She then included a picture of two builders, and the question: "Hiya luv, can we order ten sausage and bacon baguettes and 10 cappuccinos?"
Then she explained customers would complain about their food not being warm enough, and that the products were too expensive, but they'd place a 'massive order' anyway.
Ellie also shared a common customer complaint, which was: "You need more staff! Why isn't there more people serving."
Finally, she said to work there, you had to get used to 'constantly burning yourself on hot baking trays' and wearing 'the worst and most uncomfortable uniform in the world'.
Soon Ellie's video had over 50,000 views alongside over a hundred comments.
One user said: "It’s the making 1,000 sandwiches in one hour for me."

Then another wrote: "I used to work in Greggs and I can agree with all of this."
And a third commented: "I still have the burns from trays two years later."
"The heartache when asked to make a hot choc or a mocha," added another user.
And soon Ellie replied, adding: "I hated mochas, so much effort. In the end, I just started putting lattes with chocolate powder."
Greggs have been approached for comment.
