Greg Norman recently expressed his confidence in his ability to win a debate with Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy regarding the financial benefits they have received from Saudi-funded LIV Golf. In an interview with Australian Golf Digest, Norman claimed to have significantly impacted the game of golf over the past 3 1/2 years, emphasizing his role in shaping the sport.

Norman's tenure with LIV Golf is set to conclude on August 31, with Scott O'Neil appointed as the new CEO. The launch of LIV Golf in 2022, supported by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, was met with criticism from Woods and McIlroy due to the competitive nature of the league and the substantial bonus incentives offered to players.
