The BBC One show The Traitors gripped many viewers and quickly became one of the most well-loved shows of 2022. Now the makers behind it have created a new Channel 4 reality series which will be hosted by BBC Radio One host Greg James.
Named Rise and Fall, viewers will follow 16 ordinary British people, from all walks of life and ages, start off as equals but soon the footing becomes uneven. Quickly they find themselves in a position of power as a Ruler or as part of the powerless as a Grafter.
While the Rulers live in an opulent penthouse, the Grafters must survive in basic conditions in the basement. And much like life, those in power will be responsible for making decisions that affect those who have none.
