Green light for £40m city centre complex featuring cinema, restaurants, Hollywood Bowl and escape room

Hollywood Bowl Preston

A £40m project for Preston city centre, which will feature a cinema, restaurants, bowling alley and an escape room has been approved.

The Animate scheme has been given the green light by Preston City Council's planning committee and will be located in the former indoor market.

It will include an eight-screen cinema, bowling alley, food hall, new restaurants and bars and a new public square.
