Green Brigade plan 'largest ever' Celtic Hampden tifo to welcome Hoops ahead of Scottish Cup Final

The Green Brigade will put on another tifo show this weekend with the 'largest ever produced at Hampden' ahead of the Scottish Cup Final.

The Hoops fan group organised a full stadium effort last week to welcome the Scottish champions on to the park at Parkhead in the final home game of the season against Aberdeen and they are planning another final message of inspiration to Ange Postecoglou and his troops as they head on to the pitch at the national stadium later today.

The tifo will span from the West Stand to the East Stand in Mount Florida with supporters in these sections of the ground kindly asked to be at their seats early and raise the material left as their heroes emerge from the tunnel ahead of the big kick-off.

They wrote on Twitter: "Last weekend, the Celtic support produced a stunning tifo which inspired the current Celtic team to walk on the shoulders of giants as they bid for an historic 8th Treble.

"This weekend, the Celtic support has another opportunity to produce another huge tifo and deliver a final message of inspiration to the team as they enter the park for the Scottish Cup Final.

"Saturday's tifo will be the largest ever produced at Hampden and will encompass the Celtic allocation spanning from the West Stand to the East Stand.

"As always, the success of the trio hinges on participation of supporters. We therefore kindly ask all to ensure that you are at your seat early and to raise your material as the team emerges from the tunnel."

It is the second celebration organised by the group with a 'meet and march' to Hampde n taking place ahead of the game.

The game kicks-off at 5.30pm and the Celtic fan group have urged fans to meet at Glasgow Green to make their way to the group and build up the atmosphere ahead of another potential historic day for the club.

The supporters have been urged to meet from 12 noon with the march leaving to head towards the south side at 3.30pm.
