Greater Noida man assaulted on road by auto-drivers: UP police chief orders time-bound probe

NOIDA: A resident of Greater Noida was subjected to an assault by a group of auto-rickshaw drivers on a busy road, prompting the Uttar Pradesh police chief, Vijay Kumar, to take immediate action on Friday.

An investigation into the incident, which occurred on October 3 in the Surajpur area, has been ordered, though the exact cause of the altercation is yet to be determined, according to local police officials.
