The weather across Greater Manchester this week is going to be taken up by plenty of grey skies and rain with very little sun in between to enjoy.
But it's not all doom and gloom as the weekend is expected to clear up somewhat, bringing with it less rain and more sun to enjoy. The Met Office predicts quite a dreary week with Tuesday and Wednesday experiencing dark clouds as well as damp and windy weather throughout the majority of the day.
Despite this, temperatures are expected to stay relatively high, peaking at 12C on Tuesday and only dipping slightly to 11C on Wednesday. On Thursday, the weather will not be much better with expected rainfall throughout the morning and afternoon with sunny intervals in between.

People should also expect to wrap up warm as temperatures on Thursday are also expected to be much lower, peaking at 8C while feeling like 2C. But, come Friday, the weather is expected to settle down quite significantly, introducing a calmer weekend.
While temperatures on Friday will remain relatively low at 9C while feeling like 2C, there is expected to be little to no rain with sunny intervals throughout the whole morning, afternoon and evening. Likewise, Saturday is also expected to have a bit more sun with low temperatures at 9C.
Unfortunately, the weather will return back to its miserable self by Sunday with dark skies and rainfall in the afternoon. But temperatures will pick up significantly, peaking at 10C while feeling like 6C.
