Greater Manchester's most sought-after homes that house hunters are eyeing up

Searching for your first or next home can take a lot of time and perseverance, with house hunters often spending long hours trawling property sites such as Zoopla. Amongst the hundreds of thousands of homes listed for sale or for rent, there are certain properties that tend to attract attention - whether that be for their size, appearance or price.

Data provided by Zoopla reveals which homes have been viewed the most times in each region every month, and in the last 30 days, there are some stand-out homes that have caught the eyes of many buyers in Greater Manchester.

Five of the most popular properties in the region at the moment range from a former cafe premises in Bolton to a five-bed mansion in Oldham with prices stretching between £126,000 to £1,500,000.

This property in Bolton has attracted a lot of attention as the premises of a well-known cafe in the area, known as Café Vienna.
