Greater Manchester’s 10 property hotspot areas where house prices are rocketing

The upward trend in house prices has been a consistent theme over the last few years yet, despite some signs of the property market gradually slowing down, there are certain areas where the cost of a home just keeps on rocketing.

House prices are constantly fluctuating across Greater Manchester but there are some parts of the region where they have continued to climb over the last few months, which is often an indication that the area is becoming a popular property hotspot.

A property hotspot is an area where, for whatever reason, prices are increasing much quicker than the national average. Whilst comparing house price growth between August and October, we found 10 areas in particular where prices have soared by considerable amounts.
