A 91-year-old great-gran who looks 20 years younger and still "loves wearing a bikini" says her youthful appearance is down to a diet of "pies and pub grub". Joan Richmond Woodhouse insists she hasn't ever gained weight despite her diet of hearty carverys and still looks knock-out in a swimsuit, the Daily Star reports.
The grandmother-of-18 says she is constantly mistaken for a woman in her 70s - with some stunned people even insisting on seeing her ID. A retired dressmaker, Joan now spends her time travelling with boyfriend, David Winder, 84, a retired cargo coordinator, and soaking up the sun at her home in Costa Calida, Murcia, Spain.
The ex-pat, originally from Blackburn, Lancashire, said: “I don’t know how to behave like a 91-year-old - I just act the same as I did when I was 21. I’ve always looked young, and people are always shocked when I tell them my age as I don’t look, talk or act like I am 91.
