A popular UK holiday park has linked up with a TV chef to make sure visitors get a gourmet standard staycation this summer. Park Life Resorts in North Devon has been joined by Great British Menu contestant Chris Holland to devise menu items at its Sea Terrace Restaurant and Bar.
It is now serving an array of fresh dishes using ingredients influenced by the local coastal area offering laid-back dining with hearty and indulgent meals to light bites and sharing plates. Resort guests can dine alfresco and watch the sun set over the harbour, from the atmospheric wrap-around sea terrace - or enjoy restaurant-style dining indoors.
