Comedian and Great British Bake Off presenter Matt Lucas finally got to show off his baking skills after he swapped his presenting role for a stint as a baker. But his first challenge was a bit hit and miss even though he received a Hollywood handshake from Paul.
At the beginning of the show, Matt and fellow co-host Noel Fielding were shown arguing about who would fill in for a last minute cancellation. After flipping an imaginary coin, Matt was chosen as the loser and was made to compete in the tent.
Following his decision to compete in the Stand up to Cancer show, Matt joked: "I am very excited about meeting Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. I have been watching them on the TV for years. I have no idea what they will be like in real life."
