The makers of Great British Bake Off have confirmed a major shakeup to its format.
For the first time ever, the popular Channel 4 competition will be presented by just one host.
The upcoming series for the Stand Up To Cancer charity celebrity special will be fronted by Noel Fielding.
The former Mighty Boosh star has been one of two presenters for the show since 2017, when it moved from the BBC to Channel 4.
He originally worked alongside Sandi Toksvig until she stepped down, and more recently Noel has become a duo with Little Britain's Matt Lucas.
Ahead of the new series, Matt will step away from his usual role for one episode and instead appear as a contestant in the Bake Off tent, reports Birmingham Live.
This means that Noel will host the show alone for Matt's episode.
The popular baking show will air five episodes that will see a bunch of celebs brace the famous tents and bake delicious treats in a bid to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. Prue joined the series as a judge in 2017 after the show left the BBC.
Strictly judge Motsi Mabuse is one of the celebrities set to try their hand at a bit of baking for charity, as well as Emma Willis, Olympian Mo Farah and former Corrie actress Katherine Kelly.
In a twist that hasn't been done on the show before, Matt will put on his apron and face scrutiny from the judges after he filled in for a celebrity who was forced to pull out of filming.
Speaking ahead of his Bake Off appearance, Matt explained: "I was forced to bake by my bosses at the last minute when one of the bakers became unavailable. I can’t tell you how happy I was that my humiliation was caught on camera."
The Great Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off starts on Tuesday 22 March on Channel 4.
