Over the years, the Bake Off tent has seen its share of memorable contestants, and one of the most loved is a face we've seen elsewhere on TV.
Alison Hammond took part in Celebrity Bake Off - in aid of the Stand Up 2 Cancer charity - back in 2020. The TV personality starred alongside James Blunt, Alex Jones and Joe Sugg to tackle traybakes and biscuits, among other baked goods.
And some fans are clearly not over it. Videos of her best moments are shared on YouTube, with some receiving many views and comments as recently as yesterday.
Ahead of tonight's GBBO return, we take a look Alison Hammond's incredible appearance on Bake Off.
The show got underway with a traybake, and Alison couldn't speak highly enough of her own chocolate brownies. While the Brummie presenter prepared her ingredients, she said: "I am just a natural baker. And a natural eater as well".
She continued: "Everything is going so smoothly, this is actually boring telly". But things then took a turn for the worse, as Alison struggled to locate the oven door.
She grabbed at both sides of the open oven, asking "where is the door?" before realising it was a pull-out door that extended from underneath the oven. Laughing at her mistake, she said: "Well this is a cool oven, isn't it?"
Presenting the finished article to the judges, she said: "You know how some people have dogs that look like them? Well this is a traybake that looks like me".
The showstopper challenge then saw the contestants tasked with creating a biscuit scene that portrayed what they wanted to be when they grew up. Alison explained: "When I was a kid I wanted to be a police officer, all I ever wanted to do, really, was jump over car bonnets and save people. I just think I was destined to serve and protect, I really do."
When Paul saw her biscuits, he said they looked "robust", and Alison replied: "That's what I want, it's a police station". However, once cooked, the biscuits began to break.
Alison said: "Can I hide when we have to show these [to the judges]?". On eating the finished item, Paul Hollywood said: "It's a bit like a five year old has been given a load of biscuits to cut out", leaving Alison in fits of laughter.
He added: "It's not the best looking thing I've seen, but it tastes amazing".
