The Grand National is one of the highlights of the British sporting calendar, with the climax of the three day Aintree Festival taking place on Saturday afternoon.
Corach Rambler is the current favourite for the race, with the Scottish-trained nine-year-old being 13/2 at present. However, with the handicap race being a wide open field, there is scope for an upset as Noble Yeats lines up once again at 8/1 having won last year's race as a 50/1 outsider ridden by the amateur jockey Sam Waley-Cohen.
There will also be the chance for trainer Nicky Henderson to win his first Grand National, with Mister Coffey going as a 50/1 outsider with the Berkshire trainer not having won the race in his 40 years at the top level. However, with a wide open field, eyes may be drawn to bigger names such as Delta Work (7/1), Gaillard du Mesnil (14/1) or Galvin (20/1).

There is a prize pot of £1 million for the race, with up to £500k available to winning connections. With such a prize on offer there is no surprise that this race has such a big field with 50 runners for the 4 miles 514 yards grade three handicap.
