The final day of the Grand National 2023 with Aintree’s racegoers catching a glimpse of some of the world’s famous horse racing.
The main event will begin at 5.15pm and spectators will be hoping to bask in some Saturday sunshine that was sadly lacking yesterday at Ladies Day. Of course, the rain did not take away from the amazing fashion on display.
Thankfully, the Met Office has forecasted some good news on the weather front. Saturday is forecasted currently to be without rain.

The day will start with sunshine throughout the morning. From midday, there will be clouds but with sunny intervals until 3pm.
After that, the sun will once again shine down on Aintree until the evening. This means the big 5.15pm race should play out in perfect conditions.
However, the temperature will not be particularly high. The Met Office has said Thursday’s temperature will hover between 6°C to 12°C, and it will actually feel like 5°C to 12°C thanks to low wind speeds.
Gates will open at 10am. The race times are as follows:
1.45pm - The EFT Systems Maghull Novices’ Steeple Chase (Class 1) Grade 1
2.25pm - The Village Hotels Handicap Hurdle (Class 1) Grade 3
