A gran knifed her partner in the chest and punctured his lung following a drug-fuelled brawl.
Rachel Samms, 38, had been visiting McDonald's with her boyfriend when the pair began to argue and he decided to drive them both back to his house.
When they got back to the property the conflict continued, resulting in Samms grabbing a knife and stabbing him, as reported by Manchester Evening News.
