Newcastle's Grainger Market is open on Sundays in December in the run-up to Christmas.
The indoor market boasts 17 different food stalls serving cuisine from around the world, grocers, butchers, fishmongers, cafes and shops selling a range of goods.
Usually, it is only open from Monday to Saturday, but the Grainger Market will be open over three Sundays in December. It's close to the outdoor Christmas Market too and will be hosting special activities in December.

The Sunday trading dates mean the Grainger Market is open every day in December up until Christmas Day. The Grainger Market will open on Christmas Eve but be shut on Christmas Day.
The outdoor Christmas Market in Grey Street, Grainger Street and Old Eldon Square will open for its last day on Friday December 23.

The Grainger Market will be open on Sunday December 4, Sunday December 11 and Sunday December 18. Its Sunday opening hours are 11am to 5pm.
On weekdays and Saturdays, the Grainger Market opens from 9am to 5.30pm. Opening hours and dates for individual stalls may vary.
There are special events in the Grainger Market in the run up to Christmas. On Sunday December 4, there are family silent discos, from 11am to 1pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

On Sunday December 18 there are classes on how to make festive ornaments from stones. They run between 11am and 1pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
