Graham Potter's decision to not hand Christian Pulisic a place in the starting line-up for tonight's game against Manchester United has left question marks over what the American has to do to warrant a start.
Pulisic came off the bench on Wednesday evening against Brentford and showed glimpses of quality as the Blues struggled to break the home side down. The 24-year-old has only made two starts in the Premier League this season following Potter's 3-4-3 system.
After failing to find the back of the net in mid-week, there were calls for Potter to select Pulisic off from the start at Stamford Bridge for the visit of Manchester United. However, Raheem Sterling has been opted for the third straight game - despite not scoring since the end of August.
