The UK's popular Big Ferry Fortnight giveaway is offering £75,000 of free tickets to a host of destinations in the coming weeks. A range of family tickets, crossings for a vehicle with two or more passengers, or pairs of foot passenger tickets are up for grabs.
Big Ferry Fortnight will take place from September 5-19 to showcase Britain’s extensive network of ferry routes and the benefits of travel by sea. The annual event is organised by Discover Ferries, the industry body representing 13 ferry companies operating in the UK, Ireland and British Islands.
Entrants can apply for as many tickets as they like at www.bigferryfortnight.com when the ballot opens on Monday September 5. Proving that great getaways can be done on a budget, Discover Ferries has compiled its top selection of autumn breaks with a series of exciting events and festivals, most of which are free of charge and just a ferry ride away.
