LUCKNOW: An IIT alumnus, holding a law degree and a PhD, former joint director of Enforcement Directorate (ED) Rajeshwar Singh is one of the most qualified candidates in fray from all the nine assembly seats of Lucknow. Canvassing in his Sarojininagar, he is already a celebrity and every BJP worker wants to click a selfie with him.
