When asked about the relevance of Trump's disqualification from the Colorado ruling, Hutchinson stated that he believes Trump is morally responsible for the events of January 6th. He expressed the need for the United States Supreme Court to make a definitive decision on Trump's eligibility to run for president, as it could become an albatross around the GOP's neck leading up to the November election.
