Government to announce early release exemptions for Pc Harper’s killers in September

The Government has said it will set out how it will exempt Pc Andrew Harper’s killers from its early release scheme, along with other serious criminals when Parliament returns in September.

Communities Secretary Angela Rayner told LBC that Justice Secretary Alex Norris will tell MPs what Labour’s plans are, when the Commons returns after its summer break.
