Held in collaboration with the Canadian Embassy, this is an opportunity to enjoy the flavours of fresh organic ingredients and premium quality seafood imported directly from Canada.
Highlights are fresh Canadian salmon fillet from the Atlantic, plump and meaty Manila clams from the coast of British Columbia, frozen cooked lobster, live giant Canadian lobster, fresh halibut fillet, fresh sockeye salmon fillet, fresh black cod fillet, mackerel and oysters.
Also, expect to shop for popular fruits of the season namely golden cherries which come with orange, yellow and pink hues and are available at Gourmet Market for the first time; red cherries which are firm, crispy and come with sweet and a hint of sour taste; and sweet and juicy blueberries that are unique for its berry scent.
Other outstanding food products include Turkey Hill maple syrup which comes with a variety of selections and favourite snacks such as gluten-free cookies from Kinnikinnick, a famous brand that has been selling for over 30 years in Canada. There are also roasted flaxseeds from CanMar, quinoa from Norquin, cereals and even 100% iceberg pure water.
Besides premium coffee and fresh daily baked goods from Tim Hortons, shoppers can take home ready-made meals that have been cooked with the premium ingredients from Canada.
