The owners of the Westville Hotel in Enniskillen are set to bring a major investment to Enniskillen with the expansion of their Gourmet Bros ready meals brand.
The Cassidy Hospitality Group, which also owns restaurants The Firehouse and the Crowe’s Nest in the Co Fermanagh town, first set up the business during lockdown and it has grown in popularity since.
Set to move into the former Eason building on High Street in the town, it will now feature a deli, a coffee bar as well as an off-licence and a retail shop.

The group had initially opened a pop-up outlet on Townhall Street but will now move to 12 High Street in the town.
The group’s sales and marketing manager Shane Browne said it wants to bring a state of the art retail unit to the town.
“It was always only meant to be a temporary outlet, Gourmet Bros was established during the pandemic to offer the people of Fermanagh restaurant quality food they could enjoy in the comfort of their own homes given the fact that venues were closed,” Shane said.
“We adapted and went down different avenues, it was an adaptation of our business to try and cater for our food business during the pandemic.
“It proved to be extremely successful, given the support we got from the people of Fermanagh and beyond the business has gone from strength to strength.
“That has allowed us to expand the brand and bring a new name to the door of the Eason site and we are hoping in the forthcoming period we can bring a state of the art retail unit to High Street.
“It will have a delicatessen, a barista bar, an off licence and everything that is needed for high street shoppers, office workers and more to be able to avail of.
“There currently is no retail unit like this on the High Street of Enniskillen and we saw that as a gap in the market.
While the new store does not have an official opening date yet, Shane revealed the name of the new store will be ‘The Gourmet Grocer’.
“We don’t have an official date yet but we will make everyone aware as soon as we have something written in stone ourselves.
“It’s a big investment for the group. Right now we supply our own range but that range of produce is going to expand, potentially by double.
“Right now we are only able to have our own produce in the pop up shop, but we are now going to be able to do everything that a normal shop does as well.
“We’re really excited about it and we’re hoping that we can fill a gap in the market currently in Enniskillen.”
