The annual Gorton carnival returns to Debdale Park after last year's successful event combining the carnival and a car meet show.
Returning on July 9, the carnival is expected to bring a horticultural show (gardening event), a parade and the return of Gorton's famous car show meets.
The carnival is also expected to bring dinosaurs into the mix this year with everyone's favourite rides expected to come back such as a Ferris wheel, inflatable slides and the tea cups.

The event is also expected to bring classic stalls back in case you're feeling peckish with doughnuts, popcorn, candy floss and other sweet/savoury treats.
The carnival is also expected to come with the great weather that has been hitting Manchester recently with dancing and music expected to be on the cards too.
Steve Fizz, a resident from Gorton, is taking his two grandsons to the event.
"There's not a lot happening lately to bring the communities together. The Gorton Carnival has always been a great way to bring the local people together," he said.
"A lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes to make this happen. A pat on the back for all those involved and all the people who visit and support the carnival."
The Gorton Carnival can be found at Debdale Park, just alongside Hyde Road and next to the Mcdonald's and PureGym in the area.
The event will start at 11 am and will be expected to finish at 4pm. No details have been revealed on the price of the stalls and events that will be taking place.
