Gorka Marquez has given a very public seal of approval to Kai Widdrington replacing him on the Strictly Come Dancing live tour, after it was confirmed that he won't be dancing with Helen Skelton.
Days after she and Gorka lost out to Hamza and Jowita in this year's Strictly final, former Blue Peter presenter Helen was announced to joining the line-up for the tour, with fellow finalist Fleur East also joining the bill, after Will Mellor, Molly Rainford, Ellie Simmonds, Fleur East and Hamza had already been confirmed.
The big surprise was that while Helen was on the line-up, Gorka was nowhere to be seen, with her instead being partnered by Kai Widdrington, who took part in the new series, but was voted out first.

But, showing there was absoutely no bad blood about not being on the tour, Gorka was swift to react to a post about the line up for the tour, which kicks off in Birmingham on January 20. And in an inmdixcation he was giving Kai and Helen his blessing, the popular pro chose a series of applause emojis to make his feelings known.
However, while Gorka seemed happy with the situation, the same couldn't be said for a number of fans, who saw his reaction as an opportunity to question why he wasn't on the line-up, with one asking him directly: "why are you not doing tour?"
Others let him know how much he'd be missed, with one fan responding: "gutted your (sic) not on the tour," and another commenting: |"gutted that you will not be dancing with Helen."
