If you've used Google recently, you've noticed the AI overview popping up at the top of your searches. The quick and convenient answers to your search queries offer to save you the time of having to scroll through search results and click through links to find the answer yourself. But, how much can you really trust those AI summaries?
According to a new study by Choice Mutual, not too much – at least, not when it comes to important financial topics. "AI Overviews offer convenience, but their current accuracy for complex topics like life insurance and Medicare is unreliable," said Choice Mutual CEO Anthony Martin in an article on the study's results.
